We want you to absolutely love every piece you order from Mimi Jax.
Each item is thoughtfully selected in limited quantities, which allows us to keep our collections unique but it also means we’re sometimes limited in offering traditional returns. That said, we are always here to help make things right.
Exchanges + Store Credit
If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit whenever possible.
To be eligible:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
Request must be made within
15 days of delivery
Because of our limited inventory, exchanges are based on availability—but we’ll always do our best to find you something you love just as much (or more!)

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
All sale items, including any item purchased using a discount code or promotional discount, and accessories are considered final sale.
Something Not Right?
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong piece, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can take care of it right away.
