At Mimi JAX Collection, we truly appreciate your support of our boutique. We take pride in carefully selecting each piece for you, and we want you to love your purchase. Please review our return guidelines below.

Return Window

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unworn and unwashed, new condition

• All original tags must be attached

Refunds for returned merchandise will be for store credit only.
Store credit will be issued once your return has been received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive your item and the refund will be added to your account.

Gifts

Please let us know if you are sending your items as a gift and we will put a

personalized note inside your package! Email us at shopmimijax@gmail.com once

your order is placed and include the order number.

Exchanges

Because we carry a limited inventory, exchanges are based on availability. We’re happy to offer size exchanges whenever possible! Please email shopmimijax@gmail.com with exchange requests!

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• All sale items, including any item purchased using a discount code or promotional discount, and accessories are considered final sale.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Please be sure to include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue. We want to make any mistakes, right!

Important Packaging Notice

Please take extra care when opening your package. We kindly ask that you avoid cutting directly into the packaging with scissors or sharp objects near the garment.
Items damaged or cut while opening the package are not eligible for return.
